The ultimate goal is to create an incident-free worksites where contractor, supplier, and employee safety is the top priority – and Care for Life is how they’ve shifted their mind set and culture to enable it.

Chief Safety Officer

David Tibbetts is a Certified Safety Professional and Chief Safety Officer at Highwire. David’s focus is on continued product development, client success, and customer support with the goal of helping Highwire clients elevate their contracting partners to identify, manage, and mitigate risk throughout the life of the project.

EHS Director

David is the EHS Director for Skanska Building USA. He is a subject matter expert on safety and risk mitigation, with over 30+ years of experience. Throughout his career, David has successfully developed and implemented best practices, policies, procedures, and programs, which delivered continuous safety improvements for industry leaders. He supports project teams to engage, collaborate, and improve contracting partners through the development of site-specific safety programs, identifying high hazard scopes of work, and the selection of subcontracting partners based on an understanding of the areas that need to be elevated.
