At Highwire, we realized something important after years of working with contractors and project teams: most contractor management and prequalification solutions were all about compliance. Box-checking. Paperwork. Forms. Getting to a Yes/No or Pass/Fail answer. They measured whether contractors did things by the book, but didn’t really help companies understand or mitigate real risk or help contractors grow and build long-term relationships with their GCs and owners.

Prequalify
What are the contractor’s risks?
