Lori Frederic is the Founder of Balance Biomechanics and a nationally recognized movement specialist dedicated to injury prevention in high-risk industries. Known as the “Movement Ninja,” Lori brings a sports performance lens to occupational safety, training teams nationwide to prevent strains and sprains through hands-on coaching and biomechanics education. With a background in strength coaching and sports massage therapy, she inspires both frontline workers and safety leaders to take proactive ownership of their physical well-being on and off the job site.
