David Watts is the EHS Director for Skanska Building USA. He is a subject matter expert on safety and risk mitigation, with over 30+ years of experience. Throughout his career, David has successfully developed and implemented best practices, policies, procedures, and programs, which delivered continuous safety improvements for industry leaders. He supports project teams to engage, collaborate, and improve contracting partners through the development of site-specific safety programs, identifying high hazard scopes of work, and the selection of subcontracting partners based on an understanding of the areas that need to be elevated.
