Comments: Flag experience with a contractor as Positive or Negative

Highwire's comments feature allows teams to flag their experience with a specific contractor and highlight exceptionally good or exceptionally bad performance. Comments that are flagged as positive will be highlighted in green, and those that are flagged as negative will be highlighted in red. In both cases, these comments will appear in the contractor's Timeline and in the Risk Factors table, increasing visibility across an organization. This simple but powerful feature helps clients share critical insights that inform future decisions.
